Very happy with your washer purchase! great capacity and tons of wash cycles. quick washing cycles as well. seems to get the clothes very clean and spins them very dry so the drying process is faster too. quiet when running. looks great too.

Love the large capacity! It’s easy to use and whisper quiet. Haven’t Smart Control yet but very happy with washer.

Purchased September of ‘24. Very happy with the washer. Cleans my clothes well and the app does a great job of letting me know where in the cleaning cycle is at. Trays are a little clumsy to remove leftover water or softener clump, but not too crazy. Performs best cloths cleaning with half filled load but I find full loads ok as well. Quiet machine too.

I love the very large capacity for king and queen size comforters. I like the new features like deep water and super speed wash. It’s very easy to use and has done a good job cleaning.

Beautiful washer with extra large and deep capacity. Clothes and blankets come out clean. I bought the non-agitator washer. Works very well and holds lots of items. If you’re short you will need a step stool to get all items out of washer. I’m 5’11” and it’s perfect.

I really like this washer it has smart app controls that lets you customize your washing cycles and give washing different garments selections that allows you different settings on which cycles best suits your many different heavy soiled or light soiled garments you can control from your phone set and wash now or set for later time very satisfied with the product.

From the tech. Support on the phone to the repair man coming to my home to look at my washer everyone was very knowledgeable on what was happening with the washer and everyone at Bestbuy did everything to get me and my family back to our routine. Our washer was deemed a fire hazard needed to be replaced.

Excellent washer. Fits a large load, washes in multiple modes. Spins fast contrary to some reviews. There’s a setting for the spin cycles. Has a separate water dispenser in washer where you can spot wash clothes and or wash your hands. Quiet. Also notifies me on my phone when done.

We love our new machines, the color is beautiful and they fit perfectly. They are quiet and handle all the loads we do weekly for our family of 5. I would recommend buying these machines for the great price and service Best Buy offered.

The washer and dryer are so spacious. Room to wash comforters as well as the settings to for most any type of cloth. I would reccomend for large families or for those whose family use a clean towel for every shower...and we all have that one family member who uses two towels a day. As far as the style. Very sleek and shiny, adds an elegant look to your laundry room. The exterior does get scratched easily, but can be buffed out if that bothers you. One of our favorite features is that the top of the washer is clear, so you can watch the wash, if thats somthing that interests you. We were intrigued.

I cant say enough good things about this washer & dryer set by Samsung! I was in the market for a new set after lots of problems with my Whirlpool washer and Im a big fan of Samsung because I have a 65" tv & a Samsung Galaxy phone (both for several years now) & they both are great! So my decision was pretty easy when i went looking for a washer & dryer & after maybe a month now of owning I am extremely happy with my purchase!

We were able to assemble the washer on our own. It was easy and the instructions were clear. The washing machine is big enough to hold a king size blanket which is what we were looking for. I highly recommended it!!

So far so good. This washer gets our clothes clean…quietly, which is appreciated. We’ve only had it for about a month so we’ll have to wait and see on quality and durability. We picked it up in store and the staff were friendly and took care of us quickly so we could get home and set it up.

We like it. Easy to used,can load a lot. Good for heavy blankets for winter.

Samsung Washer and dryer best overall. Not noisy powerful and work great! As wife as it both machines are, I will say if you arent a tall person, you will have to purchase a step stool eith any washer above 5.5 that doesnt have the door on the side vs on top! Think smarter work not so harder! And they wash heavy duty towels, bed sheets, mattress toppers and blankets! Some of the setting take forever to wash with even when you preset them . But if you just wait for the cycles to end you will get amazing results! Just be patient!

I bought the wash/dry pair of these thru BestBuy and had a fantastic experience. I had them delivered in a few days after order, and installed in approximately 20 minutes using BestBuy's installation option. These are smart appliances so I get alerts on my phone when the cycle is complete. So many features and options on these and the wash bin is DEEP. Very satisfied with my purchase, experience, and would highly recommend it.

I love this washer so far. Has several different wash options, from cycle type, multiple water temps, number of rinses, level of spin, and soil level. It’s has the ability to be controlled from your phone. Also really like the size of the tub. Easily fits my king comforter.

We have a family of 5. The large capacity is a plus. We have used the super speed a few times when we are in a hurry. I'm not sure if that is good for the motor.
