I’ve been using the Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer for about a month now, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a machine that balances high-tech features with total user-friendliness, this is it. Installation & Setup Right out of the box, the installation was incredibly straightforward. The leveling process was simple, and the connections are easy to access. I had it up and running in no time without any professional help. Performance & Features Super Speed Wash: This is the absolute standout feature. Being able to wash a full load in under 30 minutes without sacrificing cleanliness is a total game-changer for my weekly routine. Massive Capacity: The 5.5 Cu. Ft. drum is huge. I can easily fit king-sized comforters and bulky bedding that used to require a trip to the laundromat. Ease of Use: The interface is intuitive and sleek. Despite being a "Smart" washer, you don't need a manual to figure out the basic cycles, though the smartphone integration is a nice touch for monitoring progress from another room. The Verdict After 30 days of consistent use, the machine remains quiet, efficient, and reliable. It handles everything from delicate gear to heavy towels with ease. It’s a powerful, high-efficiency upgrade that makes laundry day feel like much less of a chore. Highly recommended!

The washer and dryer are so spacious. Room to wash comforters as well as the settings to for most any type of cloth. I would reccomend for large families or for those whose family use a clean towel for every shower...and we all have that one family member who uses two towels a day. As far as the style. Very sleek and shiny, adds an elegant look to your laundry room. The exterior does get scratched easily, but can be buffed out if that bothers you. One of our favorite features is that the top of the washer is clear, so you can watch the wash, if thats somthing that interests you. We were intrigued.

We bought these 1.5 years ago and they are still working amazing and without a smell, as we have had in the past with washer machines. I love how large it is, perfect for a family of 7 with a lot of laundry and bedding.

Samsung Washer and dryer best overall. Not noisy powerful and work great! As wife as it both machines are, I will say if you arent a tall person, you will have to purchase a step stool eith any washer above 5.5 that doesnt have the door on the side vs on top! Think smarter work not so harder! And they wash heavy duty towels, bed sheets, mattress toppers and blankets! Some of the setting take forever to wash with even when you preset them . But if you just wait for the cycles to end you will get amazing results! Just be patient!

I love this washing machine (and the matching dryer). The capacity is terrific - I was able to wash my queen size down comforter with ease (and dry it too in the matching dryer using wool balls to keep it fluffy). The fact that it's a high-efficiency unit with "deep fill" makes it perfect for every type of laundry purpose. The features are great too - it automatically detects load size by weight and fills the machine appropriately. You can control everything else from soil level to temperature to speed and number of rinses with ease. The only downfall, which I was aware of before purchasing because I bought it in-store, is the tub is very, very deep. I'm 5' 5" and need a "grabber" to reach small items that end up on the bottom like socks and wash cloths. I give it 5 stars anyway!

Purchased September of ‘24. Very happy with the washer. Cleans my clothes well and the app does a great job of letting me know where in the cleaning cycle is at. Trays are a little clumsy to remove leftover water or softener clump, but not too crazy. Performs best cloths cleaning with half filled load but I find full loads ok as well. Quiet machine too.

Very happy with your washer purchase! great capacity and tons of wash cycles. quick washing cycles as well. seems to get the clothes very clean and spins them very dry so the drying process is faster too. quiet when running. looks great too.

No complaints, it came in color to match my current dryer. It is easy to use I have my tween kids doing their own laundry with this. Dust is more obvious on black as you might be able to see on top of washer door pictured below.

I bought the wash/dry pair of these thru BestBuy and had a fantastic experience. I had them delivered in a few days after order, and installed in approximately 20 minutes using BestBuy's installation option. These are smart appliances so I get alerts on my phone when the cycle is complete. So many features and options on these and the wash bin is DEEP. Very satisfied with my purchase, experience, and would highly recommend it.

I love the very large capacity for king and queen size comforters. I like the new features like deep water and super speed wash. It’s very easy to use and has done a good job cleaning.

Great size, works very well, just as described. It is a reach to get the items at the bottom but I use tongs to retrieve them.

I really like this washer it has smart app controls that lets you customize your washing cycles and give washing different garments selections that allows you different settings on which cycles best suits your many different heavy soiled or light soiled garments you can control from your phone set and wash now or set for later time very satisfied with the product.
