• yes it has a time bake option not sure if it turns on but does turn off automatically

• I believe you are referring to the Sabbath function. This allows one to program the start and stop time (pg 53 owner's manual). The following is a condensed version of the instructions: Press BAKE, Press desired temperature, Press COOKING TIME pad, press desired cooking time, When START indicator blinks, set length of time before start, press START.
