“Does this oven have an option of baking on both sides( up and down) because i cant find it thank you”

Not quite sure what you mean by "both sides." This oven has a convection setting that circulates hot air all around whatever you're baking. If you roast a chicken on the convection setting it comes out nicely browned all over, like a rotisserie chicken.
