• I have not done it myself but it says that it can in the owners manual, Might be finding out soon if I get the wireless speakers by Samsung I am looking at.

• Yes, I installed Samsung soundbar HW-J550 which ties right in with the Samsung TV. It doesn't require the additional connection wires or remote included with the soundbar. It comes on automatically when the TV is turned on.
