• I know this sounds dumb to say, but just to be sure.... Make sure the device is on when you check for it. On whatever FW I'm on at least, it doesn't see the device unless it's already on.

• The three cables colored red, blue, and green connect to the corresponding red, blue and green inputs on the back of the set. You will also need to run an audio pair from the DVD player colored red/white to the audio inputs red/white on the TV (or use a SPDIF cable) Component inputs are selected using the "source" button on the remote.

• Are you using the input selector? Device needs to be powered on for the TV to recognize the input

• the yellow output cable should go into the very top of the row of the 5 colored inputs. It acts as the video input for av cables. Then, you can choose the av input selection from the smarthub
