A:AnswerHi SamsungTVUser,
If a menu setting is grayed out/not available, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available.

A:AnswerHi Doug,
The CU7000 Series does not have PIP (or split-screen). Split-screen capability to view two different content side-by-side is available starting from our CU8000 Series and up using our Multi View feature.

A:AnswerHello I purchased this tv as well it is sturdy and has not fall. I also have one wall mounted. If you have kids and need to be sure you can purchase the VIVO TV Anti-Tip Heavy Duty Dual Cable, Non Tipping Safety Strap Kit for Flat Screen and Furniture Mounting STAND-SK02 $12.99 on Amazon. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerIts pretty weak overall and not much bass or volume unless you crank it way up. Its sad that nice TVs are expecting you to add a soundbar or speakers if you want any good sound. Its not immersive and such as the Samsung rep reports, its ok and fine for watching tv shows.
A:AnswerHi,
Yes, you can mount it to the wall. You will need to purchase an external wall mount compatible with a VESA Map of 400x300mm.

A:AnswerHi Steven,
Thank you for considering this TV for your gaming! The CU7000 has 3 HDMI ports that each support HDR10+ and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM/Auto Game Mode). The “HDMI In 2” port further supports eARC.
However, if you are looking to game at 4K@120fps (FRL), take a look at our 85” CU8000 Series and above.

A:AnswerThe Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
