That same thing happened to me as well. Guess I’ll have to replace my tv every few years
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most of us don't pay for the extended warranty, thinking that being a member gives us 24 months of coverage but all of us expect a Samsung to last much longer. I do wonder if BB offers a good warranty extension that you begin paying for immediately (remember the first 24 months are supposed to be under warranty--money down the drain during that period) and that lasts at least another 24 months for members. I've been thinking about this model for quite some time thinking my older 65" LG will someday give up the ghost, but your experiences give me pause. I do note that BB nor Samsung answered any of the comments about your problems, That is worrisome, isn't it?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing just happened to me with a different Samsung 65 inch model. I'm debating whether to roll the dice and replace with another Samsung or go to another brand

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I may be wrong but I believe it has something to do with all flat screen and how they are designed. My Vizio is doing the same thing. I also think that putting any kind of pressure on the screen itself, whether repositioning the screen or just during the install, can affect the darkness eventually developing over time. Just my 2 cents.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Me too. It happened right after my warranty lapsed. Not right!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does this tv a movable connection?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Samsung TV years ago - I think its a 40". I have shading and a red vertical strip on the right side of the TV. This strip is visible on light backgrounds. I dont think it has to do with Best Buy. We choice our warranties. This is a manugacturers defect. I might buy my next TV at Costco since they add extended warranties if I can get the TV I want. Live and Learn.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it's a problem with Samsung TVs. They don't have good quality control. I bought the 75" The Frame TV 6 months ago and it already has problems, the TV has a line from left to right at the bottom of the screen. For warranty service you have to take the TV off the wall and after the service do the installation again. Which is not mentioned at the time of purchase, taking it off and reinstalling the TV again costs more or less $600 if you don't have someone to help you, which is my case. It doesn't matter if you have the geek squad or not, that doesn't include having the TV serviced without having to pay for reinstallation. It's not fair
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.same thing happened with my Samsung. Started slowly and then when it goes, it goes big. Half screen gone. Out of warranty now. Not worth fixing so just going to buy an equivalent and realize in 4-5 yrs will need to replace. Such a shame!!
