“My wife and I, just got a Samsung Crystal UHD CU7000. There wasn't a user's manual in the box. The remote doesn't have a volume adjustment. I am not able to raise or lower the volume. How do I do that?”

on the remote there are 2 skinny buttons that look like 1 but are actully 2 seperate so the one on the left if you push it upwards it turns the tv up & pulling down turns it down & if you push it in it mutes the sound.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In middle of remote, there is two flat horizontal buttons one next to each other. Left one is “Volume button” you need to push it up for volume up or push it down for volume down. :) P.S. Right next to it, is same kind of channel button, FYI :)
