• Try turning off the Eco dry feature. That makes mine dry in about half the time

• Turn Eco Mode off or switch it to Quick Dry mode.

• You may want to have a professional person come out and clean your Dryer Vent. I bought this Dryer thinking my old one had gone out but it was that my Vent needed cleaning and that was the issue all along

• Mine is not like that but to help drying time I throw in a large dry towel in with it, it's a proven solution.
