Read the manual. It has a diagnostic feature, but need the SmartThings app connected to be used. There may be a clog or safety reason it stops the heat. My washer sent me a message describing exactly what the problem was and bestbuy exchanged it immediately. The washer wouldn’t lie to them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For larger loads, use TIMED DRY setting. Then adjust time up to either 110 or 120 and check your temp as well. I use Steam Sanitize or Refreash afterward just to give them a little boost of confidence after the run. Smaller or lighter loads will maybe do good on regular settings. Almost all settings on the right side can be time increased.

Please try again later.This is likely happening because of the drier setting you have selected & the pre- programmed acceptable amount of moisture sensing allowable for that particular setting. In this instance, it is best not to select the same setting again, but to select a time for additional drying to achieve your preferred level of dryness. Hope this helps!
