“I spoke to an agent at Samsung who said this is a 120 Volt, and the plug came with it. I have a email of the chat transcript. Now I see Brad from Samsung answering a question on here 4 days ago saying it's 240 Volts. Both Websites say 120V? WHICH IS IT?!”

240V. You will need to purchase the correct dryer cord, newer construction uses a 4 prong, older a 3 prong. Check your existing dryer outlet for the type you need. This unit accepts both and has a small wiring diagram to help with proper installation.
