I am absolutely in love with this dryer. It’s easy to use, I barely have to touch the buttons, making this the perfect solution for someone that has physical issues that make it difficult to use normal buttons or even knobs. The lights for each selection, and the tone for every selection or push of a button, makes it easy to know if you’ve made the selection you wanted or if you’ve accidentally bumped something. The lint trap is easily accessible & easy to remove and put back. It was a little confusing at first with the way the lint trap was set up, since I didn’t realize that it opens & closes for easier trapping & removal of lint. The lint trap cover, the piece that springs into place when you remove the trap, is wide and easy to clean. When the door opens there is a light that turns on, making it easy to see if you’ve missed anything in the back of the dryer or in any nooks & crannies. Over all I’m beyond pleased with my choice to purchase this Samsung dryer, I even purchased the matching washer for a stackable set. I just wish I had realized that the washer was a smaller capacity than the dryer.

The Samsung dryer itself is perfect and works great. My only complaint is that the power cord is about a foot or so shorter than my old one, which forces the dryer to sit further forward and takes up extra space. I’ve tried reaching out to get my old cord back or get/purchase a longer one, but it’s been difficult to get assistance. For that reason, I’m giving it four stars instead of five, once I get the right cord length, it’ll be exactly what I need.

Tons of room, very quiet, seems to be very efficient and does not run for long before getting clothes dry. My only complaint is a certain amount of static after each load. Use dryer sheets! Yes, it is stackable, see the attached pic.

I recently bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy and I absolutely love them! The delivery team was amazing — they arrived on time, dropped everything off, set it up, and made sure it was working perfectly. The machines are super easy to use and have made laundry so much easier for me.

I had to replace my dyer and this one was the closest match to my washer. It has worked so well. I bought 6 months ago and no issues. Easy to use and drys my clothes the way it should. Lint trap is easy to clean as well

I bought this washer dryer combo over a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. I live in a small duplex and needed a stackable washer and dryer that wasn’t an eyesore because where my laundry area is is visible from no matter where you are in my home. This one fit perfectly and looks amazing. It’s not too loud but you definitely hear it. It washes dries wonderfully and can handle pretty large loads. I couldn’t be happier especially after being without a washer and dryer for 8 months. I noticed some people complained about the letters rubbing off but I haven’t had that experience at all. It’s still looks like I bought it yesterday. And thanks to BestBuy for having PayPal as I was able to make payments over sixth months otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford this.

Gets 4 stars due to no power cord or duct work. Had to purchase seperatly and learn how to wire the 4 prong power cord. Ither than that the dryer has worked exceptionally. Can do 1 weeks worth of clothes for a family of 4 with no issues.
