QuestionI spoke to an agent at Samsung who said this is a 120 Volt, and the plug came with it. I have a email of the chat transcript. Now I see Brad from Samsung answering a question on here 4 days ago saying it's 240 Volts. Both Websites say 120V? WHICH IS IT?!

- Answer 240V. You will need to purchase the correct dryer cord, newer construction uses a 4 prong, older a 3 prong. Check your existing dryer outlet for the type you need. This unit accepts both and has a small wiring diagram to help with proper installation.

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, J! I checked our specifications, and both the dryer model DVE45T6000W and the washer model WF42H5000AW are compatible with the stacking kit model SKK-8K. This means you would be able to stack this dryer on top of that washer. ^Jecca

QuestionCan the dryer be turned upside down and the control panel reversed so the controls would be upright at the bottom of the dryer? I could never reach the controls when stacked normally.

I see your point, since I am not tall myself. Samsung had created a multicontrol kit. These would enable control of the dryer right from the washer when units are stacked. - Answer Hello there, This dryer model can be plugged into an optional cord with an equipment-grounding conductor and grounding plug, which are purchased separately. Suppose a power cord is not used, and the electric dryer is to be permanently wired. In that case, it must be connected to a permanently grounded metal wiring system, or an equipment grounding conductor must be run alongside the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on the dryer.
