QuestionIs this dryer compatible with Samsung Washer Model WF365BTBGWR/A2? We need to replace the Samsung Dryer Model DV365ETBGWR/A3 do to a failure and want to use the stacking feature we are currently using. If so will we need a different Stacking Kit?

Stackable Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - White. This dryer uses a stacking kit with model number SKK-8K. The washer uses a stacking kit with model numbers SK-3A1/XAA , SK-4A/XAA , SK-5A/XAA. The washer and the dryer are not compatible in terms of stacking. I have shared both the user manual link for the washer (WF365BTBGWR) and Dryer (DVE45T6000W) below. Questionwhat is the life expectancy of this unit?

- Answer It’s difficult to answer. My last dryer had to replace the heating element around the 7th year and the motor gave out after 15 years. It was not worth the cost replacing the motor especially when newer models are more efficient.

- Answer I'm happy to help with this. For this model, the child lock is controlled by pressing and holding both the "Dryness" and "Temp" buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds. You should see the child lock icon turn on or off to indicate if the child lock is engaged or not. ^Jecca

QuestionHave you fixed your faulty dryer drum issues? It’s pretty well known that your dryer drums crack at a much higher rate than other manufacturers. I need to replace my 2016 model because of that issue and do not want the same thing to happen again.

QuestionI had one of these dryers delivered on Wed 5/19. It ran but did not get hot and then the second one was delivered on Monday 5/24 and it does not get hot. Best Buy tech just left and says this one needs to be replaced. Anyone else have this much trouble
