“Does the washer have a glossy finish on the control panel? I received the washer with a glossy finish and does not look like the one in the picture so there for does not match the dryers satin/ brush metal finish.”

• No it does not have a protective cover on it. I have received 3 washers all with the incorrect finish from Bestbuy.

• Hi MPR! It sounds like the washer control panel may still have the protective film on it. This film is placed on the control panel to protect against scratches during delivery and installation. ^Jecca
