“Will loss of power or any surges of electrical power would cause the stove loose its settings? Plus, would damage the stove itself? Is it my best bet to get a whole house surge protector and unplug everything.”

• If you put a surge protector on it , would you have to pull out the slide in range to turn the power back on and hit reset on the protector ?

• A small surge protector would work. The power only runs the convection fan, lights and computer.
