QuestionWith the oven divider in place, can just the upper section be used for smaller dishes without heating the entire oven?

- Answer When the divider is in place, the bake feature is not available. You have to use the convection feature. I have found it to be inconsistent in that mode. It has been disappointing.

- Answer Hi Jodee, there should be a 1 inch gap in the back of stove. It is recommended to get the optional rear filler kit for the negative space. ^Rosi

QuestionIs the cook top black enamel for ease of cleaning or is it stainless steel?

- Answer I spoke with a marketing manager for kitchen appliances at Samsung and he said the cooktop is black ceramic on the black stainless model. On the stainless model - it is stainless steel.

QuestionDoes this range come equipped for propane? Or is there some conversion needed?

- Answer Hi MyFirstHome, make sure your range is correctly installed and adjusted by a qualified service technician or installer for the type of gas (natural or LP) you will use. For your range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the 5 surface burner orifices and 2 oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set, and reverse the GPR adapter. These adjustments must be made by a qualified service technician in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. ^Rosi

- Answer Yes you can the divider is removable. It is like a double oven without the commitment to the double oven that is why it is called the flex duo.

QuestionHow does the bottom oven open? Doesn't look like it has a handle?

- Answer It is not a true double oven. You can open the upper oven only by squeezing the handle. If you don’t squeeze the handle both ovens open. There is a separation between the two ovens that can be removed if you have a large roasting pan , etc. There can only be a 100degree difference when using both the upper and lower oven. Very nice oven but not a true double oven.

QuestionThe finish on the black stainless steel range on the handles and knobs looks different. Are they Matte, mirrored, or brushed stainless or something else? Trying to match faucet and cabinet door handles to stove, and I can't find "black stainless".

- Answer The knobs on this range are more like the brushed nickel found on faucets. I was pleasantly surprised they were a good match to my kitchen faucet and cabinet hardware.

QuestionI see one says the height of the range can be adjusted. By how much? My countertop is about 35 1/2" high so I would need to lower the range by 1/2" to be completely flush.

QuestionDoes anyone know if this has Bluetooth connectivity with the Samsung range hood?

- Answer I don’t think so. The range has (useless!) WiFi connectivity and the hood is Bluetooth. This is a stupid design choice by Samsung because WiFi on a gas range is a total waste. On the other hand, every range and cooktop that could conceivably be used with a hood should have bluetooth!

QuestionFirst time using the range and the blue light on one knob doesn’t turn off, what can I do?

- Answer The only time I noticed the blue light on was when I ran a wash cloth to clean the stove and didn’t notice that the knob turned just a little. I turned the knob all the was on and then off. Light went out. If yours is still blue the knob has a problem (in my opinion).

Questionthe specs say you need 30" of clearance above the range. I understand that this is for safety but wanted to know if you can install microwave on top and what is realistic for clearance?

- Answer I have a microwave with a fan/vent above mine it is 22 inches and have had no safety issues yet. I think 30 inches is way too unrealistic as a fan/vent would pull more clean air before smoke and steam from cooking food.
