From what I have seen through reviews, no it doesn’t work with S-pen. From my own experience, I bought the wacom bamboo ink 2nd gen and it works flawlessly.

I can confirm that the S-Pen from the Samsung Note20 Ultra does not work on the Samsung Galaxy Flex Alpha. I own both.

For everyone that is asking for a pen that works with the alpha flex. Note that I was also looking for one and found it. I Purchased the Renaissance rechargeable "Raphael 520" series and it works just fine.

I bought an S Pen to use with my Samsung Flex Alpha after being told it was compatible and could be bought separately ( I was told this by both Best Buy and Samsung- this was one of the reasons I choose to purchase the Flex Alpha versus the Flex). However, after speaking to both best buy and Samsung for a long time, it was discovered that the S Pen could not be charged on the Alpha due to there being no slot. I am also not convinced that it would be able to connect without the a slot. The rep from Samsung seems to believe that if you have another device with an S Pen, the S Pen will also work on the Flex Alpha. I'm a little doubtful as again, there is no port to charge / connect it to. If anyone ends up being able to buy an S Pen and use it with the Flex Alpha without having another S Pen compatible device, please let me know!

Okay I'm confused. Some have said it is not compatible but some answer that it is. Can those that answer that it is compatible with s pen confirm they have the item and have attempted this and is not just using an online answer? According to samsung, it does not have S pen compatibilities

I asked samsung about this and they said that it is "active touch" meaning that the pen needs a special layer on the screen in order to work which the alpha does NOT have and the flex does. But any bluetooth stylus will work with the bluetooth v5.0 built in to the machine.

No S-Pen is not compatible but any Digital or windows pen do. i also heard that the tab s6 lite pen does as well

Yes, it will work with the S Pen; it just doesn't come with it nor have a built in storage space for it like the Galaxy Book Flex.
