- Answer From what I have seen through reviews, no it doesn’t work with S-pen. From my own experience, I bought the wacom bamboo ink 2nd gen and it works flawlessly.

QuestionI bought a Flex Alpha and Samsung S Pen. How do I use the S pen on it? Is there something I have to download or a change in the laptop itself?

- Answer I bought an S Pen to use with my Samsung Flex Alpha after being told it was compatible and could be bought separately ( I was told this by both Best Buy and Samsung- this was one of the reasons I choose to purchase the Flex Alpha versus the Flex). However, after speaking to both best buy and Samsung for a long time, it was discovered that the S Pen could not be charged on the Alpha due to there being no slot. I am also not convinced that it would be able to connect without the a slot. The rep from Samsung seems to believe that if you have another device with an S Pen, the S Pen will also work on the Flex Alpha. I'm a little doubtful as again, there is no port to charge / connect it to. If anyone ends up being able to buy an S Pen and use it with the Flex Alpha without having another S Pen compatible device, please let me know!

QuestionCan a USB-C charger be used to charge the laptop specifically via the USB-C port? To be more specific, can one charge the laptop via its USB-C port? Thanks.

- Answer This device CANNOT be charged via the USB-C port. This is in contradiction to what Samsung's official website claims, as well as their customer support agents have stated. I have tried an Anker USB-C charger, as well as an Apple 30W USB-C charger. No luck with either. I took a chance on this feature when buying this computer, and was unfortunately found to be as such. This is severely disappointing for a laptop released in 2020.

QuestionCan I use a non s-pen device to write on this (ex. wacom or n-trig pen)? I have other pens that I use on an existing surface pro 3 that I would like to use with this laptop....

- Answer Since this laptop doesn't come with a pen, I used my husband's pen for his surface pro on my laptop and it worked.

- Answer Hi I purchased an external dvd CD drive from Amazon for about 22 dollars. It plugs into 1 of the two USB connections on the right side of the Samsung alpha laptop. I first downloaded the Windows 10 vlc media player download for Windows 10 and I also downloaded windows media player for for burning CDs and playing CDs.

- Answer If you want to be thrifty, I would recommend either Libre Office or WPS Office. Both are free open software and mimic Microsoft Office. Just do a search on the internet for the download sites.

- Answer That would be Gigahertz, which would relate to the processor. The higher the number, the better. The intel core i5, if im correct from my research, should have 1.6 ghz with up to a 4.2 ghz turboboost.

- Answer I run three, the laptop and two external monitors. I run them with a c dock. One HDMI and one Display Port and then connect the usb c to the left side of the computer. However, when trying to run four, it is diffficult
