Q: QuestionI have these earbuds but they keep falling out of my ears. I have almost lost them twice now. Has anybody else had this problem and any suggestions on how to keep them in my ears. I really love them and the sound quality is awesome. Help please!

• A:Answer They're pretty good for calling and I haven't had any problem with the person on the phone not being able to hear me. I've used em while cutting the grass and using power tools like drills and table saws, they don't completely keep the noise out but they do dampen the noise enough for you not to be annoyed by the loud noises.

• A:Answer Fair. Not very good for tvs. Sound quality isn't good and the battery life isn't reliable. Decreases battery life fast. I recommend newer buds or other products they sell here at Bestbuy. Always helpful to read reviews before getting new ones.

Q: QuestionAre these compatible with my HP Laptop? I know they are with my Samsung TV and Galaxy phone. What other accessories are available to go with these?

• A:Answer I have a Dell laptop, and they only work well when I'm sitting right in front of the PC. If I walk around the room, the sound keeps cutting out of one ear or the other. It's very distracting. They work fine if I connect to my phone and set it beside the laptop. I don't know why they would work like this, but it's the way it is.

• A:Answer I have used these with my Dell laptop, I would expect once you pair it, you can connect using your bluetooth. It works with MS software. I'm not an apple user, so I don't know for sure regarding the second part of the question with the iphone.

• A:Answer You can adjust the volume by taps but not very precise. Kind of a hassle actually. As for reading texts and the like, you can check this on your phone's settings. I am not 100% sure but I think you have to find handsfree settings or something like that to get that feature to work.

• A:Answer You should be able to hear. But it's questionable if the other person you are talking to can hear you over other loud noises near by. I have not put it to the test on that. Would have to ask the person on the other side of the call , if they can hear you over loud noise. Got me curious. But this reminds me of them call centers that you always hear the background noise while on the phone. So you would assume that the mic would also pick up the loud background noise to some degree.
