The phone I received also has a screen protector and I also have the same concerns. I call the store that I made the purchase from and the sales representative told me that no new phone come with protector. So I’m not sure what going on
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My new Samsung came with the same screen protector. It is included to keep the phone pristine until the new owner gets a case or guys their own screen protector like I did. I am so glad I chose this phone as it was perfect for international travel!
