QuestionI have an AT&T Mobility Plan. I am now using a galaxy 5 phone. Can I just switch out the SIM card and put it in this new J7 phone and continue using the same SIM card and my current AT&T plan or do I have to pay an activation fee and get a new SIM card?

- Answer yes u can and u don't have to pay any activation fee I just got rid of my v20 for this phone and I took the sim card I had in that phone and put it in this phone and it is working fine

- Answer We can only wish, but the SD card is only for pictures, music, videos, and any kind of media. Same goes with the tablets. I highly suggest keeping an eye on the device memory so it doesn't get overfilled as it does need room for app updates.

- Answer The phone I received also has a screen protector and I also have the same concerns. I call the store that I made the purchase from and the sales representative told me that no new phone come with protector. So I’m not sure what going on

- Answer Yes, I have a t-mobile family plan and it was no problem to use this phone vs my old phone. The only thing I had to do was go into the t-mobile store to request a smaller SIM card. They gave me one for free and ensured the phone connected to the network.
