• You can either use your mobile carrier's mobile data plan, use wifi hot spots, or at home with a internet connection and wifi router

• It is an Android phone and you should be able to get the web through your carrier but if you simply bought the phone without activating service on it then you would need WiFi from somebody's router to get data/web.
