QuestionHow does the battery get replaced when it fails?

- Answer With great difficulty. T mobile told me you just buy a new phone! There are videos on you tube. These phones are glued together so you have to heat the phone to soften the glue before prying them apart. I hope they don't start making cars with non replaceable batteries. TOO MUCH GREED !!!

- Answer The Best Buy salesman graciously transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. Nothing was lost. It was a very smooth and easy purchase. There was no charge for doing this.
