You would need to contact Verizon. As you still owe on your phone, I doubt they would give you credit for it. The promo "at least according to them" is upwards of $480 applied in monthly installments until 24 months has been reached. Funny for those like me who have always paid in full for phones and this is our FIRST monthly installment.
