It work with all gsm carriers, and all carriers in India are gsm

This Phone works on all networks in the U.S. (GSM or CDMA), which means if you want to use it in the U.S. you don't have to unlock it. The phone has Qualcomm processor, the phones that are available in India or Asia have Samsung Exynos processor, they may also have dual_sim option. So to be sure in which country it works, until you test it in the country you want to use, you can't be sure.
