8" Tab A processor (T-380) is rated at 1.4Ghz. Not sure about the T-350 but I think it is 1.2 or 1.3GHz. The big difference between the two versions (tablets, not processor) is the onboard RAM. T380 has 32Gb with about 28Gb available for your own apps, videos, etc. I found the T-350 too slow when it had to pull data from the SIM memory added after purchase.
