A:AnswerI use it with an iPhone, so I'd imagine that if you can find the app in your app store, the watch will work to sync activity data and get messages from your phone--you just lose some of the bells and whistles like Samsung Pay (although, to be fair, I haven't tried to respond to messages or answer calls on it--I'd imagine that would not work on non-Galaxy phones either, but you may have better luck on an Android). If you want it for a watch, activity tracker, and fitness cheerleader, it should be fine.
A:AnswerIt works with the Samsung Note 9, so I can't imagine it not working with the S9 Plus. The Note 9 has it's own issues with Bluetooth though. It keeps randomly unpairing devices, like this watch. Hope you have better luck with the S9+
