If that is your phone, I would look into your phone's current health app... they usually list what they are compatible with. If not, there is an app you can download that works just as well on almost all phones. Look up the fit bit app and see if it works for you.

I do not know much about that particular phone model, but if the fitbit app is compatible with your phone (you can download it for free) and your phone has bluetooth capabilities, it will work fine.
