No. The wi-fi versions have a slot but no support or hardware to use it. I believe the 3G/4GLTE versions would have to have a SIM card to access the network. Samsung Chromebooks do have a memory card reader / slot for transferring media.

There may be other ways to connect to your cellular services, but your service provider would be able to give you more information on that. The Chromebook supports Wi-Fi only.
