I have not experienced this issue, but I too have a large number of problems getting it to print. I have to unplug the power and plug it back in, then gently massage the paper tray just to get it to feed, even after cleaning the feed rollers. This is a terrible printer. I'd recommend purchasing from a more reputable printer company.

This can be done by downloading the unironically named Samsung Easy Printer Manager. You will then have to go to advanced settings and login to change the power save setting. The default User ID is admin and Password is sec00000.
