“My computer stopped working last night. I was charging it and after a few minutes, I unplugged the charger and my screen went black. I tried everything to get it back on. I noticed that the light that indicate it's charging is blinking red. Help!”

• You may want to try charging it again, I am assuming flashing red means the battery is critically low... hope this helps!
