QuestionMy computer stopped working last night. I was charging it and after a few minutes, I unplugged the charger and my screen went black. I tried everything to get it back on. I noticed that the light that indicate it's charging is blinking red. Help!

QuestionCan I cash this in with the included warranty? Note: I seem to have gotten a defective model, and a lot of terrible things have been going on with this. This all started happening after the return date limit.

- Answer if you paid with an American express...you can still return it thru their warranty/return program. Also, Amex doubles the warranty sometimes. I did have great luck with the Samsung warranty repair department though. Good luck.

- Answer Yes, you can download Android apps from Play Store. I use MS Word, PS Messenger, and several other apps on the Plus V2, and they work flawlessly. I don't know what being in Lebanon has to do with it, but I can't imagine you'd have a problem.
