A: if you paid with an American express...you can still return it thru their warranty/return program. Also, Amex doubles the warranty sometimes. I did have great luck with the Samsung warranty repair department though. Good luck.
A: Yes, you can download Android apps from Play Store. I use MS Word, PS Messenger, and several other apps on the Plus V2, and they work flawlessly. I don't know what being in Lebanon has to do with it, but I can't imagine you'd have a problem.
