if you paid with an American express...you can still return it thru their warranty/return program. Also, Amex doubles the warranty sometimes. I did have great luck with the Samsung warranty repair department though. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what you mean by "cash this in", but it has been my experience with Samsung that they will not help you with any repairs. One of the hinges on my model came through the screen when it was opened, an obvious defect in the build of the Chromebook, and they still can't guarantee that they will cover it.
