This monitor handles 4K at 60Hz when using a display port cable version 1.2 with a corresponding video card that can handle version 1.2. The 30Hz rating is for use with HDMI and is a limitation of the HDMI cable itself, not a limitation of this monitor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.30 Hz using HDMI port. 60 HZ using Displayport 1.2. If you are using for gaming than connect using Displayport.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is up to 60hz if you use the display port cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is 60Hz when using display port. It is only 30 hz when you have the monitor on 4k and hooked up through HDMI. Otherwise it's always 60.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It uses 60hz on both hdmi and display port. I tested it out using my Xbox one x hdmi 2.2. For some reason though the hdmi doesn't naturally fit whats on my screen correctly. I have to adjust it. Same with connecting my Xbox one x. It's like the Display is smaller than the resolution. Display port is so much better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 30Hz refresh rate is if your HDMI port is ver 1.4. To get the 60Hz native resolution you need a video card that has a Display Port or an HDMI port with version 2.0
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This monitor is capable of higher refresh rates. I have it at 60Hz. You have to use display cards and cables that are compatible with 4k at full speed, e.g. HDMI 2.0. Or DisplayPort 1.4. If you use an older HDMI cable or display card it will degrade to 30Hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if you use the hdmi port. The Display Port is 60hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I get 60 Hz refresh rate
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is 4K @ 60Hz on Displayport and HDMI 1. HDMI is limited to 30 Hz (perfect for movies, but not optimal for gaming).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
