I was able to hook up this monitor as a second monitor with my iMac 27" without any issues. Just connect the video out from your pc, hopefully you have a HDMI port, and connect to one of two HDMI ports on back of the monitor. If you don't have an HDMI port then you'll need an adapter (Best Buy has lots of adapter options) to convert from your video port type to HDMI and then connect a HDMI cable from the adapter to one of the HDMI ports on back of the monitor. This Samsung 4K monitor is excellent! Good luck.

Yes, works great as my second monitor. Comes with a cable. I needed an adapter for my macbook. Very high quality monitor.
