• No, it doesn't have bluetooth or any wireless capability, unless you added it by somehow plugging a transmitter into the headphone jack.

• No. This display has no Bluetooth support. The device you connect it to may have other options for connectivity though, and you can use an aux cord from the monitor to external speakers (though not via Bluetooth) if the speakers support that.
