According to Nvidia spec sheet (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-660/specifications) it should work at 60Hz. Make sure you have latest driver.

Please try again later.I can't be 100% sure, but from specifications from the Nvidia website and other sources, it appears it might be that the DP cable is not 1.2, which is necessary to run on 60hz. As far as the graphics card itself, it appears it does indeed support 4k at 60hz.
