Hi Jayne, To remove follow the steps below. 1. Disconnect all cables from the TV. 2. Remove securement screw 12 . 3. Pull down on the release cord to release the TV. 4. Carefully lift the TV from arm assembly . https://www.sanus.com/assets/products/bmf320/documents/BMF320_IM_191005.pdf After all of those you will just need to unscrew the lag bolts.
