Do you have instructions on dismounting? Best Buy installed this unit, but we are moving May 1st and with COVID Best Buy won't come out to dismantle. Can you provide a link to instructions on how to safely do that? null

Hi Jayne,

To remove follow the steps below. 
1. Disconnect all cables from the TV.
2. Remove securement screw 12 .
3. Pull down on the release cord to release the TV.
4. Carefully lift the TV from arm assembly .

After all of those you will just need to unscrew the lag bolts.

There is a metal pin on the back that you release and you can lift the screen off the mount.
