To remove the TV all you have to do is disconnect pugged in cables, remove the securement screw, pull the release cord and remove the TV from the arm assembly. To remove follow the steps below.
1. Disconnect all cables from the TV.
2. Remove securement screw 12 .
3. Pull down on the release cord to release the TV.
4. Carefully lift the TV from arm assembly .

After all of those you will just need to unscrew the lag bolts.
