A:AnswerDrywall alone install is not recommended. Drywall alone cannot hold the weight of the mount and TV. Wood stud, concrete, concrete block, and steel studs are the safest walls to install onto.

A:AnswerI have mine over my fireplace and looks wonderful. Just depends on how big of a TV you want to mount. I mounted a 77" and it holds beautifully!
A:AnswerI counted 22 turns of the adjustment screws from top to bottom. I would estimate the total travel to be about 1 inch. I ended up positioning the adjuster in the middle when I hung the TV and then needed to lower it about 1/2 inch. I ended up going all the way to the bottom, and luckily this is where I wanted the TV.
