A:AnswerYes , I mounted my tv outside and it worked out perfect. I own two of these mounts and I will be getting my third one this weekend. I love it it is so versatile and easy to install. You can’t go wrong with this mount.
A:AnswerWhen you say corner wall, I assume you mean a 45 degree wall, as opposed to a sharp 90 degree corner? As long as the wall is wide enough that your particular TV can fit on, then yes, it will. Considering also, that this mount does allow the TV to pull strait out about 5 inches, then in theory, the width of the wall could be a couple inches more narrow than the TV is wide, and it could still work. That, you would have to calculate, based on the space you have, compared to the TV you have. Also of course, this corner wall would have to have the structure to support the weight. If you are still unsure or not able to calculate this, I would suggest contacting someone who can, or a professional.
A:AnswerWhen you use a wall mount you remove the stands from the TV. The wall bracket is about 32" wide. Distance between supports that attach to the back of the TV depends on design of the TV but is usually more than 8" and less than 24". If your cabinet is less than 32" wide you cannot use this wall bracket.
A:AnswerI purchased the Sanus 42-90 tilt mount, and its worked fine, my TV
is mounted over the fireplace, but into sheet rock, I would consult
the Sanus company for mounting on a brick wall.
A:AnswerShould work fine if
1. You have two studs 16 inches apart
2. The tv weighs less than 150 pounds
3. The screen is between 43 and 90 inches diagonal
A:AnswerCut out the drywall and install wood blocking. Now re-install the drywall. Patch and paint. Metal studs holds drywall fine but hanging a 40 # TV is another thing.
A:AnswerPer the design information of the mount it will hold the TV. Follow the mounting instructions of the mount. Make sure you hit your wall studs with the four mounting screws provided with mount. You can not mount TV in a corner on an (angle) per se. There is only 5.7 inches of mount movement from wall and that's for cable (HDMI/internet) connecting to back of TV. This is not a "Full Motion TV mount, if that's what you want, that tilts and swivels and pulls away from the wall and can be somewhat positioned in a corner. Bottom line call Geek Squad for TV installation. I do.
A:AnswerI have a lot of experience with TV mounts and they usually come with many screws and bolts to fit any TV. This mount is no different and it also includes washers for curved TV’s. I have a 75inch Samsung TV and it fits perfectly. If your TV fits in the specified size for the mount, than the answer to your question is yes.
A:AnswerI don’t have the model numbers memorized, but I’m guessing this is a 55” Samsung tv. I just used this wall mount on my 55” Samsung tv and it works great. I bought two wall mounts this one and a very standard issue one. So I would say yes it will work great most are universal now since flat screens are so popular few are left on the dresser in a stand most are hung above fireplace or wall in front of bed so they realized they had to make the wall mounts more universal than they were 10 years ago. Hope this helped you out.
A:AnswerYes, there are thumb screws on each side to tighten it down when you are happy. Also, you can leave it loose enough that you can move it but it still stay in position.
