After putting the sound bar under the TV I was able to lower the TV using the long hex wrench in the adjustment screws, so that there was no space between the two, for a very sleek, custom look. These pulling loops are a nice feature on this TV wall mounting bracket and they not to be used for mounting any soundbar.
