A:AnswerFor the most part it is pre-assembled. Beside having to attach it to the tv its self and the wall. I would recommend pre drilling you lag bolts in the stud to help your install time. Came with the bolt i just went a side under drill bit. Total time of install was 20 minutes.

You can also verify the compatibility of your TV to the Sanus mount by checking the specification of your TV (it should say what type of mount your TV uses).
