55’ or smaller you can do it yourself. Any bigger I would pay the $135 for the geek squad install. You get a 30 day warranty that the TV won’t fall off the wall. The $200 mount is a bit costly, the only thing extra you get is they go over your remote control features and TV set up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, RE-THINK your purchase of the TV. (See my review on the LG OLED TV). Second, I would recommend the Geek Squad. They did an excellent job, were fast, on time, and cleaned after themselves. OLED LG - Best Buy/Geek Squad -> YES! (Do not say I did not warn you on the TV, I do not want to hear any lip from you when you buy the Samsung and then you are not satisfied! DIABLO knows best!) Cheers, {Diablo}
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You guys got this. First find studs, if you don’t know how to do that then yes get geek squad but a good stud finder at Lowe’s it Home Depot would be fine. Then follow directions on how to mount. You WILL need a wrench to wrench the bolts to the studs. Once you have the plate leveled and mounted on wall the it’s easy peasy to screw the tv hardware on and then place onto wall plate.
