This mount should be compatible with your specific TV! Also I would like to point out that you will need to use an M8x35 mm screw with a 5 mm spacer and the washer or (extra 2.5mm spacer) to get that 26-28 mm length that you will need for your TV. A:AnswerAll Sanus TV mounts are tested to UL standards, which equates being able to hold 4X our stated weight for at least 15 minutes. The 180 lbs max weight on this mount has been tested to hold 4X that.

A:AnswerOur TV is mounted on bricks over the fireplace using this mount, originally we had a much more expensive mount that we were not happy with, this mount is very strong and seems to be of high quality material. It's fixed flat, no tilting or movement, which is what we decided to do. We are very happy with it.
