They charged me $40 per phone and basically made sure my Bluetooth is was connected to the new phone, then set phone down to help another customer. I followed the prompts and did it myself for two phones: total waste of $80. She tried to charge me on a 3rd phone, and I told her no…did it myself at home (took five minutes).
