With my new iPad, I bought the Office 365 program. The Best Buy Support staff helped me figure it out professionally and in an accessible way.

Tha is very good , no problem and then I don't have issues with everything that it is amazing

The Geek Squad staff did a great job setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max so that every thing worked smoothly.

Sales people were the greatest! They encountered many issues and solved every one of them. They were courteous, understanding, met all the needs of an older adult, spent literally several hours with me.

The best buy staff Kamiah Bell was amazing. Not only did she help me get an iPhone but she worked with all the way until ny stuff transferred from my android to my new iPhone. She but the creen protector and case on for me and made sure i was satisfied with everything before i left. Really awesome customer service, i would definitely go back again.

The young man who helped me, did what no one else was able to do, what the geek squad fella was able to do , he save everything i have on my phone after it locked up after automatic updates. I was told by every other tech support professional. So with that being said I'm going to sign up for the tech support warranty protection Way to go geek squad

I did not have an appointment when I came in, but I didn't wait too long to see a Geek Squad member. Once I did, he was quick and thorough and understood quickly my situation. I have always had good success with Geek Squad. I recommend them.

TV/Sound Bar was delivered and installed by Shane, who was really excellent. His kept me informed of this ETA, and arrived timely. He set up, installed and connected all of the components and tested them, ensuring that everything worked and was connected to my system(s). In addition, he was very thorough in running through operations, and processes of the TV, answering questions, and discussing some of the newer tech (prior TV, 12+ years old, simply died, unexpectedly), so the differences are multiple. He was informative, asked about set-up preferences, and was patient in ensuring I understood the set-up, and use. All round, an excellent experience, and Shane is highly recommended.

Tyler at the Mentor Best Buy gave me the great service with my Apple products that the Geek Squad was NOT able to do. My suggestion is to make sure someone is properly trained before assigning them to help at the GS desk.

The agent was exceptional in all aspects of setting up my new iPhone. She listened to my requests for a model that would best suit my needs, transferred all the data, made recommendations, and answered my questions. I appreciated her patience and competence throughout the process. It’s why I trust Best Buy with my technology purchases.

My wife bought a new Google Pixel 10. Phone purchase part wasn't too bad, but when it was time to transfer data to the new phone we learned it wasn't done by the sales person as before. We had to go to tech spt and get an appointment. It was 10 am and earliest appt was 4:45 pm that day. We live near Hondo, TX so that wasn't a good Friday drive time for 81 yr old me. Thanks to Josh in Tech Spt we got a 10am opening time slot on Monday, Labor Day. Josh was there waiting for us when the store opened at 10 and got my wife's new phone all set up and working great. Josh put a great finishing touch to what had become an irritating situation with 2 50 mile round trips to SA.

I'm not a techie. I spotted the dream phone the size of a small tablet. I was waiting for a couple of years with a bigger screen and there it was. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy ZFold 4. The Best Buy agent walked me thru and setup my phone and my insurance with my T-Mobile account in about 15 minutes I was out the door. I love my Fold

The agents work in a streamlined and efficient fashion. They addressed all of my questions and made sure all of our requested needs for set-up were met. We love our new laptop! Such ease of use. And the team has also been readily available to answer any questions that have come up since we’ve brought it home (not many, but a few as I’m learning!) :) Appreciate the support-you guys are the best!

The Geek Squad is awesome! They can help in multiple ways, at home or in the store. They are always professional and respectful. They want to be sure the customer’s need is met. Recently, I purchased a new IPhone, which they set up, transferring all my info from the old to the new. As expected, this was a smooth transaction, completed while I waited.

Bought new laptop and the Geeks transferred all old data from old laptop to new one. They got laptop back to me quickly and it was set up perfectly. Also wiped and disposed of my old laptop.
