Two people came to hang my tv and put in the hidden electrical equipment. They went over and above for me. They were here for 3 hours. So pleasant and cleaned up the mess and also connected my spectrum remotes that the spectrum guys were supposed to do but didnt.TWICE! I wont be without the Total protection package. Its so worth it

I decided to have the geek squad set up my new laptop, to save me the time and trouble. Because I had signed up for the total care package, it didn’t cost me anything extra. I bought my laptop late in the day, so the set up was completed by late morning the next day. Although there was some confusion – I got emails telling me that it would be ready the following day, when I knew it should be that day - Once I navigated the phone system to speak to someone at the store, I was assured that my laptop would be ready that day. The person helping me when I got the laptop made sure that I understood everything, was patient and explained very well the answers to all of my questions.

I always purchase my new phones at Best Buy so that I can get them set up for me. The person setting up my phone was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. So happy this service is available.

My new phone was set up by the mobile sales dept. I found them to be very knowledgeable and while it took several hours to activate and transfer my data to the new phone once it was done I was satisfied. The only criticism I have is that I was handed off to 3 different people during the process. I later had a problem with the phone but it had nothing to do with the set up and it was readily resolved.

Both of the Geek people that helped set the new computer up were friendly and took the time to explain what did not understand about the system. Felt they gave good customer service. Was disappointed that after they said there would be plenty of room left on the computer even with a 128 SSI and they had removed non-essential programs from the computer and we loaded a few programs, the computer had least then half available space free on the SSI. Might have waited for the higher KB in the model next year had it been explained that so little space would be left on the computer. But overall, felt the Geek people treated people with respect and courtesy while getting their job done.

This is the Best Buy at Best Buy, I bought a large screen tv and had the geek squad deliver and install it. They did a fabulous job! No wires showing and they hooked it up to my surround sound and it works and looks great. I HiGHLY recommend purchasing this service!. Plus they cover items that were not bought at Best Buy

I had an appointment and I was seen very quickly. Geek Squad evaluated my issue and due to the age of my phone they recommended replace. They made sure I was seen my a skilled Cell Phone salesperson. The salesperson was very patient and was able to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone. If Best Buy has what I'm looking for I will always buy from Best Buy.

I was having problems with my cellphone. Geek Squad fixed the problem in a few minutes, which was such a relief. Also, they were able to fit me in without an appointment.

The phone is fast. It takes excellent pictures. I also like the big screen.
