Both of the Geek people that helped set the new computer up were friendly and took the time to explain what did not understand about the system. Felt they gave good customer service. Was disappointed that after they said there would be plenty of room left on the computer even with a 128 SSI and they had removed non-essential programs from the computer and we loaded a few programs, the computer had least then half available space free on the SSI. Might have waited for the higher KB in the model next year had it been explained that so little space would be left on the computer. But overall, felt the Geek people treated people with respect and courtesy while getting their job done.

I had an appointment and I was seen very quickly. Geek Squad evaluated my issue and due to the age of my phone they recommended replace. They made sure I was seen my a skilled Cell Phone salesperson. The salesperson was very patient and was able to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone. If Best Buy has what I'm looking for I will always buy from Best Buy.

The Geek Squad service I received was above and beyond. I purchased a new Samsung phone and I received awesome set-up service. The rep was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I am very happy with the overall service I received.

I purchased a new MAC. The appointment time for transferring all data was set very quickly. The data transfer was done very promptly and I received a text that I could come back and pick up the mac.

Very pleased with the patience and knowledge of the person who helped me. I am not tech savvy and the young man made it easy to understand what he was doing.

I bought an S24+ cell phone and received excellent customer care and transferring all my data everything was perfect when I was said and done it took about 1 and 1/2 hours

The phone is fast. It takes excellent pictures. I also like the big screen.

Calaeb updated my iPad. He was professional yet very nice to a 74 year old lady who knew nothing about technology! He didn’t make me feel dumb. He was very kind. If l come back to Best Buy for help for my iPad, l would like to request Calaeb’s services.

Jordon did a fantastic job getting my new Samsung S23 Ultra up and running Had some problems with Verizon and Jordon was super calm and nice during the whole process. Super great guy. Best Buy you should happy to have this guy working for you!

The agents that helped me went beyond expectations and were so patient and helpful even though I had no clue how to do any of the transfers. They walked me through ever step and took the time to be sure it was all complete before closing shop. I couldn’t have asked for any better service.

Anthony was the individual that helped set up my husband's new Samsung Z Flip phone from his very old flip phone and was just incredible in transferring all of his contacts, etc. to the new phone. Just had a great knowledge of what had to be done and was so courteous in doing everything that was needed. Couldn't thank him enought.

Customer service with my phone was excellent. So helpful with downloading contact information and photos. Took their time answering any and all questions abount phone function and features. Aslo explained service plan benefits. I will definitely purchase this service on future purchases/ products.

New iPad setup and clearing of old ipad was done to my satisfaction but while it was my scheduled time they allowed a customer to interrupt and I was left waiting for my setup to be finished so long that I had to interrupt so that they would get back to my setup
